Life Imitates Art
Ok, I admit it - I did stalk this mature lady a bit. She was just stunning. Ramrod straight, lithe, sparse in her movement. And her clothes were just so intriguing, puffball skirt, caterpillar boots, and this amazing coat draped over her arm. I'm guessing she had been a Ballet dancer. We were in the Picasso Museum in Paris, and as she walked past one particular portrait it was like an echo. But I admit I have taken liberties with the painting - I don't think caterpillar boots existed in Picasso's time!
